What is strategy consulting, and what exactly do I get?

Strategy consulting is joint work on where the company is headed and how to get there. With us it doesn't end in a presentation. We work side by side with your leadership team until clear strategy, priorities, and a new way of operating hold on their own.

How does your approach to OKR implementation work?

We treat OKRs as a management system, not a goal-setting exercise. We help translate strategy into 3–5 priorities, set measurable outcomes and a quarterly rhythm, and distribute accountability across the team, so intent becomes repeatable results.

How are you different from traditional consulting firms?

We don't leave you with another document. We measure impact in behavior, not slides, and we build the capability inside your team so it runs the system on its own. 85% of clients return and refer.

How does the engagement work, how long does it take, and what does it cost?
