For the last 15 years, I have been leading group processes to spark change and help positive transformation.
I have worked as Trainer, Lecturer, Project Manager, Event Organiser, COO, and Startup Acceleration Program Manager.
I am using my experience working in good and dysfunctional teams and cultures to help leaders to build healthy organizations.
While building a Startup and working for Google I have gathered knowledge and skills that I would like to share with all leaders who would like to excel.

Before co-creating Leave a Mark I used to run a Platform for Everfield where I worked with acquired businesses and helped them to grow.
My passion for working with different leadership comes from over a decade of experience as a COO at a Venture Capital Firm called Innovation Nest. As a COO I was responsible for running operations and making sure the organization performed with the most efficiency. I’m passionate about group processes, strategy, and organizational development.
Event Facilitator, Host and Producer of events such various Founder Summits, Meetups for VCs, SaaS Meetup, and Startup Stage.
Podcast Host. Formerly Marketing Coordinator at the Board of European Students of Technology.
In my spare time, I get my hands dirty with clay, I teach yoga and love skiing.
