When it started:
2008-2021: Building Domain Expertise
We met in 2008 for the first time, became friends and worked together as Trainers, Event organizers. We traveled the world and gained experience as individuals while accumulating deep experience in startups, research, venture capital, private equity and corporate transformation
2022: Strategic Convergence
In 2022 we understood that we’re doing very similar work. We are passionated about building breakthrough experiences and leave a mark on people, teams and companies. Recognizing the universal gap between strategy and execution, we combined our complementary expertise to create a new kind of facilitation company
