Grzegorz combines 15+ years of organizational transformation experience with deep expertise in team dynamics and performance optimization. His approach merges strategic thinking with human-centered change management.

Co-Founder

Chris brings 15+ years of investment and operational experience from the intersection of venture capital and business transformation. His unique perspective combines the strategic rigor of institutional investing with hands-on operational excellence.

When it started:

2008-2021: Building Domain Expertise

We met in 2008 for the first time, became friends and worked together as Trainers, Event organizers. We traveled the world and gained experience as individuals while accumulating deep experience in startups, research, venture capital, private equity and corporate transformation

2022: Strategic Convergence

In 2022 we understood that we’re doing very similar work. We are passionated about building breakthrough experiences and leave a mark on people, teams and companies. Recognizing the universal gap between strategy and execution, we combined our complementary expertise to create a new kind of facilitation company

2023-2024: Creating our Method & Refining
